How to boost speech in Skyrim

Step 1: Go to The Black Briar Meadery in Riften

Step 2: Speak to Ungrien

Step 4: Choose the option "Tell me about Maven Black Briar"

Step 5: Pay him off for about 60 gold

Step 6: Try again but use the persuade option, it should have a 100% success rate

Step 7: Repeat until you have 100 speech
